3.2 Mechanical Properties

(1) The door and side panel can all be detached; the door is flexibly rotated and reliably locked; easy installation and maintenance; the opening angle of the door is not less than 110°.

(2) Coating layer has smooth surface, even color, no sagging and no exposed bottom; the metal parts have no burrs and rusting; the plastic parts have even color, no deformation, no burrs in surface and no cracks.

(3) The cabinet has 4 mounting rails to install equipment and secure shelves. The mounting rail can be adjusted back and forth.

(4) Cabinet mounting rails are marked on rack mount units for showing position of each of the rack mount unit spaces.

(5) The shelf depth matches the cabinet depth, with load capacity ≥ 30kg. The shelf is fully ventilated and designed to install on front and rear 19” EIA square hole mounting rails, sliding with adjustable shelf mounting brackets that adapt to various rail depths. Shelves can be secured in ways of screws. The number of shelves is based on the project requirement.

(6) The cabinet has cable openings in both top and bottom panels. Cable access provisions top and bottom.

3.3 Grounding Properties

(1) The grounding device between the cabinet door and the frame is connected securely, and its ground wire cross-sectional area is 1.5mm².

(2) Mounting rails, top panel, side panels and doors are electrically bonded to the cabinet frame. A grounding bus bar is provided on the cabinet frame.

3.4 Ingress Protection Rating

    Under normal operating conditions, the cabinet have protection rating of IP20.

3.5 Fan Assembly

Fan assembly is installed at the top of the cabinet, specifications as seen below:

4 Package, Shipping and Storage

4.1 Package

(1) Multiple carton packings are adopted. Assembling will be adopted on site.

(2) In addition to the product, there are also other items and related documents in the package. Documents can be packed in plastic bags or paper bags.

l Package list.

4.2 Shipping

The package of this product will be suitable for any means of transport, in which collisions, falls, direct rain and snow and sun exposure will be avoided.

4.3 Storage

Products shall be stored in well-ventilated, dry warehouses, and there should be no corrosive gases around them.

Storage temperature: -25℃ to 55℃
